WINTER ON-STREET PARKING BAN:
Winooski's on-street winter parking ban begins on December 1st and runs through
March 15th. Overnight on-street parking is prohibited between midnight and
6:00 a.m. Please make arrangements for off-street parking during this

DRAFT FY13 BUDGET: Winooski's Mayor, Council,
Manager and city staff are working on an operating budget for the upcoming
fiscal year. A public hearing will be held on February 6th, 2012 at 6:00pm
in the Claire Burke Council Chambers at 6:00pm. The budget will be presented to the voters for approval on Town Meeting

REQUEST
FOR QUALIFICATIONS: The City of Winooski is accepting qualification
from consulting engineering firms for planning, permitting and design services
for the City's Riverwalk East Path Network. The project is being partially
funded through a Federal Transportation, Community and System Preservation (TCSP)
earmark. Qualification must be received at the Winooski City Clerk's Office on
or before 4:00pm, Thursday February 23, 2012. Specific information relating to

MARCH 6 VOTE: The last day to
register to vote in the March 6, 2012 Town Meeting Day election is Wednesday,
February 29, 2012 before 5 p.m. The last day to request an absentee ballot
by mail is Friday, March 2, 2012. Registered voters may vote early at the
City Clerk's Office in City Hall up until 5 p.m. on March 5, 2012. |

DOWNTOWN PARKING:
Free on-street parking in downtown Winooski is available for 2 hours. There are
also 100+ 2-hour free parking spaces available in the municipal parking garage which
is located in the interior block across from the Champlain Mill. Vehicular
access is via Cascade Way; pedestrian access is via East Allen and Main Streets
and Cascade and Winooski Falls Way. |

DOG LICENSES PAST DUE: Visit the City Clerk's
Office to register your dog. Licenses were due on April
